GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit: For fixed reservations, a charge-free deposit of 35% via bank transfer is required. Cancellation: For cancellations 31 days before the scheduled arrival or earlier, 35% of the stay is charged. For cancellations within 30 days (inclusive) of the scheduled arrival, including later arrival or earlier departure, 80% of the stay is charged. Cancellation insurance: The insurance amounts to 3% of the stay. This covers the cancellation costs before the beginning of the stay due to accidents, illness or death subject to an excess of 20% of the stay. During the stay, the entire cancellation charges are covered. Under all circumstances, cancellation must be in written form and accompanied by a medical note from a doctor within 3 days. Payment methods: EUR, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. Arrival and departure: Our guest rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. The holiday agreement commences at 3pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the rooms are to be vacated by 11am. A later check-out is only possible in accordance with the reception and an additional charge of 20% of the daily price. The holiday agreement ends at 3pm on the day of departure. Hotel taxi: Transfer to the Lermoos railway station is free of charge. Pets: Please enquire should you wish to bring a pet. A flat-rate of EUR 12 per day without food is charged per pet. Dogs are neither allowed in the restaurant, nor in the wellness and children’s areas. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any additional cleaning upon departure. Other: Should prices differ to those in the reservation, the up-to-date price list is valid. Services ordered, which are subsequently not required, will nevertheless be charged. Sheltered parking space EUR 5 per day. The hotelier is entitled to cancel a booking 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival without incurring a penalty. In this case, the deposit and any cancellation insurance are returned. For all points not covered here, the terms and conditions for the hotel sector (AGBH) are valid. The place of jurisdiction is 6600 Reutte.
